You enter through a gated entrance, it offers secure parking for your vehicle, making it private and secluded, ideal for our conservative guests.
On entering the property you will find the stairs to your left with the washing machine placed discreetly under the stairs for your use.
Continue past the stairs is a fully fitted kitchen on your left and on the right is a large open plan dining area with table and 8 chairs and a lounge area with lovely sofas, huge windows and patio doors leading out to the garden and terrace.
Going through the door in the dining area you will find the large jacuzzi pool, sauna and hamman, with windows above the jacuzzi pool looking out onto the terrace with amazing views across to Patara Beach area.
When you go up the stairs to the first floor you will find the 1st double bedroom on the left, en-suite with a combination shower - Rainforest and Standard shower heads, toilet and sink, a patio door leads out to the balcony that is to the rear of the property.
Carry along the landing which opens out to a beautiful mezzanine floor overlooking the lounge and dining area, with a couple of seats for guests comfort, and you will come to the 2nd double bedroom, en-suite with combination shower - Rainforest and Standard shower heads, toilet and sink, the patio door leads out to the balcony which is to the front of the property and offers views across to Patara beach area.
Up the stairs to the 2nd floor where the 3rd double bedroom is located, en-suite with combination shower - Rainforest and Standard shower heads, toilet and sink, with a patio door leading out to the rear facing balcony.
At the end of the landing is the 4th bedroom with twin beds, en-suite with combination shower - Rainforest and Standard shower heads, toilet and sink.
