A 3 bedroomed all en-suite villa, magnificent sea views, 0.7 km to Kalkan centre
Villa Vala a gem in the Kalkan crown. An ultra modern newly built stone detached villa with marble floors throughout.
Located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan and only 1.2 km from the town centre.
As you enter the gardens of this property, you will be wowed by the elegance of this superb villa.
The outside terrace contains a fabulous pool with a sunken bed area and large swimming area, you will find sun beds, an outside seating area and also a dining area, with table and six chairs along with a brick built BBQ for your enjoyment, flower beds compliment the terrace.
Once you step inside the villa, you will be impressed with the modern decor and the fabulous facilities the villa has to offer.
Open plan on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a lovely dining area with table and six chairs, that has spectacular sea views with sliding patio doors leading out to the terrace and poolside.
Complimenting this is the lounge area which has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool and again with the spectacular sea views.
You will find on the ground floor a marble tiled bathroom with a rainforest shower, toilet and basin.
The sweeping marble and wrought iron staircase will take you up to the bedrooms and their balconies.
On the first floor you will find a spacious en-suite twin bedded room, a balcony with table and chairs offers views of the sea and mountain.
Also on the first floor is a large en-suite double bedded room, the balcony with table and chairs that overlooks the pool with spectacular views of the sea.
Both en-suite bathrooms have a combination shower - Rainforest and Standard shower heads, with a toilet and basin.
Continue up the stairs to the second floor where you will find the master en-suite double bedded room, a seating area inside with table and chairs. On the balcony you will find your own sun beds on which to relax, and a small table and two chairs. The views from this top balcony are really spectacular. Once again you will find a combination shower - Rainforest and Standard shower heads, toilet and basin.

Numerous Beach Clubs, the majority with boats that will take you from the harbour to their club, some with water sports, and one with a swimming pool, we even have a beach club that has film nights and yoga sessions for your enjoyment.
